OVERVIEW

The Entrepreneurship Development Program is a practical course designed to develop entrepreneurial talent in India’s growing startup and MSME ecosystem. Designed for anyone, they can be 12th pass, graduate, and postgraduate learners, this 3-month weekend-only program is tailored for aspiring entrepreneurs who wish to start their own venture or work in entrepreneurial/startup environments.

In the first phase of the program, students are introduced to core entrepreneurial concepts such as opportunity recognition, business model development, and customer validation. Using frameworks like Lean Canvas and SWOT, learners will begin to shape their business ideas into structured plans.

The second month dives into operational foundations—covering branding, marketing, pricing, sales, basic finance, and team building. Special emphasis is placed on using low-cost tools and digital solutions to kickstart ventures even on a budget.

By the third month, learners gain knowledge of business compliance, startup funding options, risk management, and practical pitching. The final six sessions focus on preparing for real-world success, whether that’s launching a micro business, applying for a startup role, or pitching to a funding body.

With a blend of theory, real-world case studies, project work, and guided mentorship, participants will complete this course with a working business plan, polished pitch deck, and the confidence to take the next step—whether it’s registering their business, launching their MVP, or applying their entrepreneurial skills in a job setting.
