OVERVIEW

The Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is one of the largest and most dynamic industries in India, driven by everyday consumer demand and a deep distribution network spanning urban and rural markets. The sector consistently requires trained personnel to support frontline sales, retail execution, distribution logistics, and in-store brand promotion.

The FMCG Skill Development Training Program, offered by Career Helmet, is a structured 3-month, part-time training initiative designed specifically for 12th pass students and non-technical graduates (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com) seeking semi-skilled employment in the FMCG industry. This 24-session weekend program bridges the gap between academic learning and practical workplace readiness by combining domain knowledge with field-relevant training and soft skill development.

The program is designed to prepare candidates for entry-level roles such as Sales Promoter, Field Executive, Retail Support Staff, and Merchandising Assistant. Through a blended curriculum, participants gain essential exposure to industry operations, product movement cycles, channel structures, and customer interaction strategies. The course also includes grooming, communication training, and job placement support to ensure participants are well-prepared to meet the expectations of FMCG companies and distribution partners.
