OVERVIEW

The Banking, Finance & BFSI Skill Development Training Program is a professionally designed, 3-month weekend-based training initiative tailored for aspiring candidates seeking entry-level roles in the fast-evolving Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This semi-skilled program is structured to support 12th pass-outs, graduates, and postgraduates from any academic background by bridging the gap between education and employability in the BFSI domain.

Delivered over 24 interactive sessions, the program emphasizes both theoretical understanding and practical application of core concepts essential to the industry. The curriculum begins with a comprehensive introduction to the Indian BFSI landscape, covering banking structures, NBFCs, financial products, compliance norms, and key front-line banking functions. Participants will gain clarity on customer-facing roles and operational workflows across both public and private financial institutions.

In the second month, the focus shifts towards sales, marketing, and digital operations. Learners are introduced to essential practices like financial product selling, customer acquisition strategies, cross-selling techniques, and CRM management. With the increasing digitalization of banking services, participants are also equipped with the necessary understanding of UPI tools, digital wallets, and MIS reporting systems.

The final phase of the program is dedicated to soft skills enhancement and placement preparation. It includes communication training, workplace etiquette, resume writing, mock interviews, and career mapping sessions. The goal is to ensure that every candidate is not only job-ready in terms of knowledge but also professionally groomed to face BFSI recruitment processes confidently.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to apply for customer service, relationship management, loan processing, sales, and back-office roles across banks, NBFCs, insurance firms, and fintech companies. With industry-relevant case studies, one-on-one mentorship, and dedicated placement support, this program serves as a launchpad for individuals looking to start a sustainable and successful career in the BFSI sector.
