OVERVIEW

The Experience Oriented Placement Program by Career Helmet is a specialized 1-month weekend training and placement preparation initiative tailored for candidates with prior job experience. Whether you’re a 12th pass out, graduate, postgraduate, or returning professional aiming to restart your career in your hometown, this program supports you in aligning your past experience with current job market demands.

This program bridges the gap between where a candidate has been and where they want to go. It begins with structured career mapping to identify personal skills and interests in alignment with today’s hiring trends. From there, it offers support in translating previous experience into impactful resumes, developing clarity on functional roles, and preparing candidates for behavioral and domain-specific interviews.

Through resume workshops, communication coaching, and mock interviews, participants are guided in presenting themselves with professionalism and relevance to potential employers. The final leg of the program includes job-matching sessions and access to a placement network consisting of regional companies looking to hire locally experienced or semi-skilled candidates.

Career Helmet emphasizes connecting people with meaningful work that matches their past efforts, without forcing a complete career restart. With our practical, candidate-centric approach, this program becomes the ideal pathway for skilled individuals who deserve another shotβ€”this time, closer to home.
