The Core Industry Oriented Placement Program is a focused, practical, and career-enabling 1-month weekend training program offered by Career Helmet. Designed specifically for candidates from Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities, this course supports individuals looking to secure jobs in core sectors like Cement, Steel, Infrastructure, Automotive, Power, FMCG Manufacturing, and more.

Ideal for 12th pass students, fresh graduates, and experienced professionals who want to work closer to home, the program is tailored to connect candidates with job-ready skills, domain-specific insights, and employer expectations. Each session is crafted to enhance awareness, functional understanding, resume preparation, and interview skills specific to operational and field-based roles.

The course helps candidates explore available opportunities in nearby industrial belts and manufacturing zones. It includes exposure to industry terminology, job role orientation (production, maintenance, sales, operations, logistics), safety protocols, labor rights, and professional behavior in factory and plant settings.

The final week is dedicated to interview readiness and actual employer interaction where candidates can meet hiring managers or recruitment partners through Career Helmet’s placement cell.

By the end of the program, every candidate will be prepared, confident, and equipped to apply and succeed in jobs offered by core industries, especially those operating in or around their hometowns. This program ensures employment becomes more accessible, relevant, and regionally grounded for aspiring workers.

Curriculum

Duration: 3 Months | 24 Weekend Sessions

Objective: To introduce candidates to various core industries and help them identify how their background, skills, or potential can be matched to specific job functions in these sectors.

Objective: Provide in-depth exposure to common job roles in core industries such as machine operators, quality controllers, technicians, warehouse staff, supervisors, field sales, etc., along with process-based functional training.

Objective: Focus on building customized resumes for core roles, basic English communication training, and personal presentation relevant to the industry.

Objective: Prepare candidates for core industry job interviews through mock sessions, safety & labor regulation awareness, and company-specific insights for immediate job application.
