OVERVIEW

The Business Analyst Program is a specialized 3-month, weekend training initiative aimed at preparing students from diverse academic backgrounds to enter the world of business and process analysis. Tailored for graduates, postgraduates, and 12th pass-outs with a desire to work in data-driven or process-oriented roles, this semi-skilled program focuses on practical tools, business logic, and communication essentials.

In the first month, learners grasp the fundamentals of business analysis, process flows, and requirement gathering. They explore stakeholder mapping and documentation practices that lay the groundwork for working within business systems. The second month brings hands-on exposure to key tools like Excel, SWOT, flowcharts, BRD creation, and basic SQL for data interpretation. These sessions transform abstract concepts into job-ready skills.

The final month is action-packed with Agile methodologies, project case studies, soft skill development, resume building, LinkedIn enhancement, and mock interviews. Students apply what they’ve learned through a capstone project, simulating real-life business scenarios using analytical techniques and tools.

By the end of this course, students will be confident in their ability to interpret business needs, present solutions, and support cross-functional teams. They will be prepared for entry-level roles such as Junior Business Analyst, Process Associate, Reporting Executive, or Support Analyst in domains such as IT, finance, manufacturing, operations, and consulting.

This course also serves as a springboard for further certifications in Business Analysis (like CBAP or ECBA) or deeper roles in data analysis and operations management.
