OVERVIEW

Career Helmet’s Career Awareness Program is a foundational and transformational initiative designed to help students and young professionals discover clarity in their career direction. In the evolving world of work, students and graduates often struggle with making the right decisions due to a lack of exposure and structured career information. This program bridges that gap.

Delivered over four weekends in an engaging workshop format, the Career Awareness Program introduces participants to a spectrum of career options — traditional, modern, and emerging. It offers deep insight into what it takes to succeed in each field and how to align one’s educational journey accordingly. Whether it’s Science, Commerce, Arts, Government, Entrepreneurship, or Digital careers — this program covers it all with the latest market insights.

The sessions include interactive tools to help participants understand themselves better through aptitude and interest mapping. Through real-world examples, exposure to industry mentors, and easy-to-use career planning tools, learners create their own career roadmap by the end of the program.

What makes this course unique is its combination of guidance, discovery, and actionable planning, especially designed for Tier 2, 3, and 4 city learners who lack structured mentorship. It is an ideal early-stage course for those in Class 10th–12th, college students, and jobseekers confused about the next step.

The Career Awareness Program is not just an informational course—it is a stepping stone to a future built with purpose and clarity.
