The Career Gap Jobs Program is a dedicated 4-week career relaunch and placement support program designed to empower individuals who have stepped away from work due to personal, family, health, or other life circumstances. The program is inclusive and welcomes participants from all backgrounds and professionsβ€”especially those who may feel disconnected or unsure about how to re-enter today’s competitive job market.

They’ll also learn how to handle gap-related interview questions with maturity and focus on positioning their skills and experience for today’s market needs.

A special highlight of the program is a dedicated session for women returneesβ€”those who left the workforce due to childbirth, family responsibilities, or relocation. It provides practical solutions, inspiration, and strategies tailored to their unique journey.

The Career Gap Jobs Program ends with personal counselling and job planning support, empowering participants with clarity, confidence, and a customized placement approach. It’s not just a courseβ€”it’s a second chance with a professional roadmap.

Curriculum

Duration: 3 Months | 24 Weekend Sessions

Objective: Participants will reflect on their career journey, understand their value despite gaps, and begin to rebuild confidence through guided self-assessment and peer discussions. Focus is on overcoming self-doubt and stigma.

Objective: Learners will gain hands-on skills in crafting a gap-sensitive resume and LinkedIn profile, highlighting their past achievements, transferrable skills, and post-gap aspirations in a positive light.

Objective:Participants will develop effective responses to gap-related interview questions, build a smart job search strategy, and learn how to repackage themselves as value-driven professionals in today’s job market.
