OVERVIEW

The Data Analyst Program is a beginner-friendly, 3-month weekend course designed for fresh graduates, 12th pass students, and job seekers from non-technical backgrounds. It aims to bridge the skill gap between general education and the practical skills needed for entry-level data analyst or MIS roles.

The curriculum starts with introducing fundamental concepts of data analytics, exploring the basics of Excel β€” the primary tool used in many small and mid-level organizations for reporting and analysis. Students learn core Excel functions, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and statistical tools used in real-world business data processing.

In the second month, students dive into data visualization using Power BI and explore how to transform raw data into visually engaging and actionable reports. They also learn storytelling with data β€” a crucial skill for analysts to influence decisions. Basic SQL and Google Sheets are introduced as supplementary tools.

The final month is focused on resume development, interview preparation, communication skills, and job application support. Participants undergo multiple mock interviews and work on real-world datasets, creating a mini portfolio they can showcase to potential employers.

Upon completion, learners will be capable of supporting teams with daily data analysis tasks, reporting, performance tracking, and more β€” making them ready to contribute from day one. Whether they aim to join a corporate office, a cement plant’s MIS department, or a retail/e-commerce ops team, this course sets the foundation for long-term growth in the analytics space.
