The Fast-Moving Consumer Durables (FMCD) sector, encompassing consumer appliances, electronics, home equipment, and white goods, is witnessing significant expansion across India, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. With the growing demand for aspirational and utility-based durable products, the industry is constantly in need of trained frontline personnel who can support sales, product demonstrations, custoSmer service, and distribution operations.

Career Helmet’s FMCD Industry Training Program is a well-structured, three-month, part-time initiative aimed at preparing 12th pass students and non-technical graduates (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com) for entry-level positions in the FMCD space. The program is designed to create a ready pool of semi-skilled candidates with strong product understanding, customer handling ability, and field readiness.

Delivered through 24 weekend sessions, the curriculum blends industry-specific knowledge, practical sales techniques, and essential soft skills, equipping participants for roles such as Sales Promoter, Showroom Executive, Retail Associate, or Field Marketing Assistant.
