OVERVIEW

The Fresher Jobs Program is a 1-month career support and job readiness initiative specifically designed to help first-time job seekers step into the professional world with clarity and confidence. Whether the candidate is a recent graduate, postgraduate, or even a 12th pass student, this program offers structured and focused preparation to navigate job interviews and secure their first job.

The training covers key areas such as career orientation, resume creation for freshers, basic communication skills, interview strategies, and professional behavior. It helps students transition from academic to professional life by addressing the common challenges faced by freshersβ€”like lack of experience, hesitation in interviews, and uncertainty about career direction.

Participants will receive hands-on guidance in resume writing, learn how to present their education and soft skills effectively, and get trained in handling interviews through simulations and roleplays. Additionally, they’ll explore how to search for jobs smartly using digital platforms, job fairs, references, and internships. One-on-one counselling helps students select suitable industries and roles, along with setting realistic short-term goals.

With a structured yet interactive approach, the Fresher Jobs Program bridges the gap between campus and corporate life. Upon completion, participants are not just job-readyβ€”they are future-ready with a professional outlook and a plan to begin their career journey.
