OVERVIEW

The HR Program is a structured weekend-based training program designed for fresh graduates, 12th pass candidates, and job seekers from non-HR backgrounds who aspire to enter the field of Human Resource Management. This semi-skill development program empowers learners to understand core HR responsibilities, develop essential documentation skills, and contribute to real-time HR operations.

Starting with HR foundations, recruitment, and organizational hierarchy, students learn how hiring works in a corporate or plant-based setting. In the second month, the program introduces operational HR tasks including onboarding, salary structuring, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, etc.), leave management, and policy implementation. Students also practice documentation, employee database maintenance, and understand the dynamics of employee lifecycle management.

The final month covers HR technologies, employee engagement strategies, grievance handling, and key soft skills like communication and email drafting. Participants work on mock projects, develop resumes tailored for HR roles, and go through structured mock interviews that simulate real job scenarios.

By the end of the course, students are prepared to apply for roles such as HR Assistant, Recruitment Executive, HR Coordinator, or MIS Executive in HR departments across industries like cement, manufacturing, retail, BPOs, and more. This program builds the confidence, knowledge, and tools necessary for success in the HR domain, even for those starting from scratch.
