Month 1 - Industry Fundamentals & Product Knowledge (Sessions 1–8)
Objective: Participants gain foundational knowledge of the automotive lubricant industry, including types of lubricants, applications, key product features, and the role of lubricants in engine performance and vehicle maintenance. Emphasis is placed on product identification, storage, safety, and basic technical specifications.
Month 2 - Sales, Marketing & Distribution (Sessions 9–16)
Objective: Focus shifts to real-world sales practices, including channel sales structures, distributor/retailer management, customer engagement, route planning, and territory mapping. Practical techniques in B2B/B2C selling, pitch development, and objection handling are also introduced.
Month 3 - Soft Skills & Placement Support (Sessions 17–24)
Objective: The final month covers communication skills, grooming, workplace etiquette, and reporting. It includes mock interviews, resume building, and orientation on performance expectations in field roles. Candidates are prepared for real job environments with targeted placement support and industry exposure.
