OVERVIEW

The Ops Skills Program is a 3-month, weekend-based skill development course tailored for students, fresh graduates, and job seekers who aim to work in entry-level or junior operational roles across industries such as logistics, cement, e-commerce, and manufacturing. Designed as a semi-skilled training module, the program equips participants with job-oriented practical knowledge in core operational functions.

In the first month, learners are introduced to the fundamentals of operationsβ€”covering warehousing, inventory control, procurement, and order management. These basics help students understand the day-to-day backend processes that ensure a company’s products or services reach customers efficiently.

The second month advances into essential tools and practices such as Excel for reporting, CRM/ERP systems, documentation, vendor coordination, and daily SOPs. The hands-on training ensures students are capable of working in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The final month prepares learners for actual employment through focused sessions on resume building, personal branding, communication, and multiple mock interview formats. This combination of technical knowledge and soft skills ensures they are not only trained for the job but also confident enough to crack interviews and sustain their roles.

By the end of the course, participants will be job-ready and capable of handling basic to intermediate tasks in operations departments, significantly increasing their employability in Tier 2, 3, and 4 city industries.
