OVERVIEW

The Skill / Function Oriented Placement Program is a focused 1-month weekend initiative under Career Helmet, tailored for graduates, postgraduates, and experienced professionals seeking employment aligned to their existing functional skillset. The program is crafted to bridge the gap between a candidate’s current capabilities and the dynamic needs of today’s job market.

Whether you’ve worked in sales, HR, customer service, admin, finance, marketing, or other operational domains, this program provides you with targeted guidance to refine, reposition, and project your skills effectively. Starting with skill mapping and role targeting, the program supports candidates in aligning their profile with suitable industries and job functions. Sessions include focused domain enhancement, resume crafting, and professional branding.

Candidates will also undergo mock interview simulationsβ€”both general and role-specificβ€”helping them prepare for actual recruitment conversations. What sets this program apart is its emphasis on converting experience into employability, with practical tools and employer connections to ease the job search journey.

By the end of 4 weeks, each participant will be job-ready, confident, and equipped with the right strategy, profile, and soft skills to engage with recruiters and hiring teams effectively. This program is also ideal for candidates who are unemployed, underemployed, or seeking a switch but feel lost in a competitive and evolving job market.
